Llew Jones Ltd – Terms and Conditions for 10% Discount Offer

Effective Date: 30/04/2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 10% discount offer provided by Coach Operator Llew Jones Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By making a booking under this offer, you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Offer Overview

Llew Jones Ltd is offering a 10% discount on coach bookings for new corporate travel, wedding, or professional sports customers who make their reservation before 30/04/2025 at 11:59pm. This discount applies only to the booking amount and is subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the 10% discount, the following conditions must be met:

• The booking must be made before 30/04/2025 at 11:59pm
• A valid voucher code must be provided at the time of requesting a quote. Multiple codes can not be used in conjunction with each other.

• For wedding travel: Wed10
• For Corporate travel: Corp10
• For Professional sports travel: Prof10

• The discount is subject to the availability of coaches and the desired travel dates.
• The discount applies to new customers only.
• The discount can only be used once and cannot be applied to multiple bookings.
• The discount applies to bookings made for wedding transportation, corporate travel (including events, business trips, team away days, etc.), and professional sports team transportation only. It is at the discretion of the booking manager to determine whether the request fits within the scope of the offer.
• The 10% discount is only available for bookings where a coach is available on the requested travel dates. Llew Jones Ltd reserves the right to decline the discount if no coach is available on the requested dates or if demand exceeds availability.
• The discount applies only to bookings made for travel dates within Llew Jones Ltd’s operational schedule. If the requested dates are unavailable, alternative dates may be offered, but the 10% discount is not guaranteed for those dates.
• The customer must enter the valid voucher code at the time of requesting a quotation to receive the discount. Failure to provide the correct code may result in the discount not being applied.

3. Booking Process

• To apply for the discount, customers must request a quotation through the Llew Jones Ltd website quotation request form, phone, or other provided booking channels.
• The discount will be automatically applied when calculating a quotation.
• To use the code, please enter it in the ‘Further Requirements’ section when using the online quotation form on the Llew Jones website. For quotation requests made through other channels, please provide the code via phone or email.

4. Payment

• The 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of the booking. Any additional fees, such as extra services, special requests, or modifications to the booking, will not be discounted.
• Payments for bookings made under this offer must be completed in accordance with Llew Jones Ltd’s standard payment terms.

5. Cancellation and Amendments

• Bookings made under this offer are subject to Llew Jones Ltd’s standard cancellation and amendment policies.
• The 10% discount will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled, and the customer will be charged at the standard rate for any rebooked travel.

6. Changes to the Offer

• Llew Jones Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
• If the offer is amended or withdrawn after a booking is made but before travel has occurred, customers will still be entitled to the 10% discount as long as the booking was made before the change took effect.

7. Liability

• Llew Jones Ltd will not be liable for any issues arising from a failure to provide a coach on the selected date, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or unavailability.
• The 10% discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. General Terms

• All bookings are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Llew Jones Ltd, which can be found on our website.
• By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as our standard terms of service.
